Thank you for continuing to be so flexible with the changes in relation to the Coronavirus pandemic.

As per the latest changes by NSW Health and NSW Government, we are asking you to;

  • Check in using our NSW Services QR code signposted in the surgery
  • Wear a mask whilst waiting in reception

As you know our waiting room is a small space and we can only have 4 patients in the room at one time.
We continue to ask where possible only the patient who has an appointment is to attend.
If you do not have an appointment please wait outside.

We are still operating under Level 1 restrictions, which means if you;

  • Are showing any cold or flu-like symptoms, cough, sore throat, sneezing, fever
  • Have been in contact with any confirmed or suspected COVID-19 positive individuals
  • Had an upset tummy in the last few days
  • Had a loss of taste or smell in the last few days
  • Are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test

You must reschedule your appointment for the wellness of our community.
